Section 19: The President shall annually appoint, subject to confirmation by the Council, one regular members to the Development Committee. The committee shall consist of four regular members continuing in office for four-year period. The Development Committee is charged with overseeing the Associations’ fundraising activities in cooperation with the officers and other standing committees.
