Graduate/Medical Students Recent Events
The second annual AAHM Graduate Student Luncheon, which took place during the AAHM Annual Meeting in Rochester, on Saturday, April 12, 2008, was a great success. 38 students met at the Main Street Bar & Grill for food, announcements, and lots of conversation. We look forward to a three-peat next year in Cleveland!
The 7th Annual Joint Atlantic Seminar for the History of Medicine took place on September 26-27, 2008, at Yale University and was nosted by Yale Medical School's Section of History and Medicine. A good time and interesting discussions were had by all. The 2009 meeting will be held October 9-10, 2009, and will be hosted by the History and Sociology of Science Department at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
