Article X, Section 7: In every even-numbered year at the time of the annual meeting of the Council the President shall appoint, subject to confirmation by the Council, one Regular Member to the Publications Committee. The Publications Committee shall consist of three Regular Members each continuing in office for a six-year term. The Publications Committee shall advise the Council as to existing or proposed publications of the Association, and shall perform such work and undertake such negotiations with respect to editorial matters as may be required, subject to any agreements or contracts made by the Association regarding its publications.
