AAHM Conference Newbies and Buddies Program
Newbie: A Newbie is someone who is new (or somewhat new) to the AAHM and/or the AAHM annual Meeting. As a Newbie, you will be assigned a Buddy that you can meet up with at the conference to ask questions, and be introduced to others that your Buddy might know.
Buddy: A Buddy is someone who is a “seasoned veteran” who is willing to volunteer to meet up with a Newbie at the conference. A Buddy’s responsibility is to make the Newbie feel welcome, answer questions they may have regarding AAHM or the annual meeting, and/or introduce them to others.
